The messaging function is broken. it does not load at all. I opened a thread about this 30 mins ago.
it stays stuck and I just lost my interview when in the middle of pulling the trigger of hiring.
Just to help troubleshoot this further. I can access my messages using my app on my mobile phone. On a web browser on my PC it's not accessible and my freelancer can only access via her phone - her laptop isn't allowing access to messages either.
The website does not work when opening tab on messaging. It refreshed itself and now its stuck.
Right in the middle during an interview and intense talk with for a job. Right in the middle of my responses to much-needed info for the client.
APP also does not open messaging.
Same here, a client is messaging me and I have not been able to answer, and I pride myself in being available for my clients. This is very frustrating but I think we can reply via the email notification we get, I am going to try that!
