I did what you asked on Chrome and it's still not working for me. How can I clear the cache on the app on my phone though?

  • Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser? If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know.

Are you accessing your messages via mobile-only or your computer as well? Please try to access them via a computer if you haven't tried yet. Thank you.

I'm using the desktop app on my computer (which still works)

the Upwork website on my computer as well on Chrome which doesn't work

and the mobile app which doesn't work either.

I can load all pages on my Chrome browser (sometlimes slowly) but, since yesterday, the messages page does not load on that browser. Does anybody know of this problem happeing recently or a bug?

Federico and others,

 

Could you please try the troubleshooting steps I've shared on this thread earlier? Let us know if that still doesn't fix the issue you're expereincing with messages.
