Hi guys. I'm trying Upwork. I won't upgrade and pay for it if the messaging system stays slow as it is the core of the business. Also 25 Mb file max. limitation is too low if the client need proper size work submitted. And I'm not mention the delete options in conversations. Spent a lot of time now on this Every day that adds up.

I would like to confirm that earlier we had a known problem with the messages center and our team resolved it. But, could you please clarify if you`re still experiencing any problems on your end?
Also, thank you for your feedback regarding the file size that can be shared via messages, I will share it with our team.

If you're still experiencing issues with loading your Messages, could you please follow the steps in this help article to make sure WebSocket isn't blocked by any extensions or software and the connection is stable. In addition to that you may also clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser. Please, let us know if that doesn't help with loading Messages.
