Hello, i have an open contract that started on the 18th March, i have done over 30 hours and i have tried to close the contact for payment, it hasnt let me log any hours at all and i have sent the work over, im wondering if this will stop me from getting paid?

On hourly contracts you must log the hours each week, whether manually or using the desktop time tracker. You cannot log hours for a work week that has already ended. If that is what happened, then you need to arrange with your client to pay you via a bonus. Hopefully, your client is honest and willing to comply. Going forward, you need to be sure you understand how the platform works to avoid wasting time and losing money.
