Unable to login to account by google and username also

Hello , dear upwork support!

I've just created upwork client account because of no access to my freelancer account , i cannot login to account by my google account and by my username , here is no option to reset password.
Please help me with this issue , Upwork account very important for me and i need urgent access to account and your urgent help.
