Unable to login, to sign up and to recover password

I've signed up to UpWork months ago and then i've closed my account. Now i'd like to register again with the same email. While trying to do so, upwork says me that the email is already in use, but when trying to login with that email i get the error that the email is not valid. I can't reset my password either since i get the error that the email is not valid. I also cannot submit the "Forgot security question and password" form since it asks me for required fields I've entered. For creating this post I've created another account with a secondary email but i'd like to sign up with my main email.
