Unable to login

Hi Upwork Team,

My sister has started up working on Upwork and she got a contract of 400$ which is under progress.

But from the last 4-5 days, she is not able to login to her account she also tried to reset the password still she is getting an error wrong password.

Please help me know what is the issue.
