Unable to login

Hello,

I had a system crash that caused me to lose my account login information for my main account. Now I can't login because I can't remember my security question. Apparantly there's no way to contact support without logging in (are you kidding me?) so I had to make another account just to ask for help. I need my password reset on my main account.
