Unable to open Profile, getting Cloudfare prohibited IP error message

I click on my Profile, I get an error:

What happened?

You've requested a page on a website (www.upwork.com) that is on the Cloudflare network. Unfortunately, it is resolving to an IP address that is creating a conflict within Cloudflare's system.

What can I do?

If you are the owner of this website:
you should login to Cloudflare and change the DNS A records for www.upwork.com to resolve to a different IP address.

Hi, I just got a similar issue.

 I saw this error when I click job links.

But other links such as profile, my state, and etc are working fine.

Need someone's help to solve this asap.

Working now -- shut off Express VPN service, error could be there or at Cloudfare... Not at Upwork

I don't use any VPN service. I am still getting this error.

I am unable to include an attachment in a message to a client. I repeatedly get upload error. I also get the cloudfare error message when I attempt to access my profile.
