Hi,
I created a Direct Contract and sent it to a client in order for it to be accepted.
When the client tried to procees the payment he got this error in image:
Note that his card is valid and use it frequently, so should be no issue related to the informations card.
Kindly help me with issue .

Hello everyone,
I just want to know if my account is verified ? A client couldn't pay me through Direct contract. So it comes to my mind maybe my account not yet verified.
