Unable to post a job

I'm a freelancer who is looking for another freelancer to work on a project.

2 issues:

1) I can't seem to contact other freelancers (no contact/message button on their profile pages).

2) I also can't post a job (no POST JOB button).

Is that because my account is a 'freelancer' account?

Hi Sharon,

1. If you would like to work as a team or represent a company you will need to create an agency. To learn more about agencies click here.

2. In order to be able to post a job and hire freelancers for your projects, you will need to open a client profile.
You can open a new account by going to Settings > Contact Info. Thank you.

I'm at 'My Settings', but I only see:

Personal
Preferences
Tagging
Macros
Subscriptions

What do I click on?

Hi Sharon,

When you go to your Settings by clicking on the image at the top right corner, you will be taken to a new window where by default you should be on the section Contact Info. From there go to Additional accounts and create your client profile. Thank you.
