Unable to purchase to connects.

I am unable to purchase connects even if I have added my husband's Visa Credit Card. Please help to solve the issue as I have ran out of my connects. Thanks in advance.

Hi Farzana,

 

It looks like you have removed your billing method. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue after re-adding it? Please use this link to see the options available to you and add one of those.
