Unable to reach support agent. I have been debited wrongly amd connects to applied

Awkward that I tried to get connects just once and I have been debited 5 times. That would have been fine, if I got the complete  value of what I was charged...but I was only credited three times to my upwork account. 

Been tryiing to reach support looks like an impossible thing...Please help
