Hi there, I already did my transaction, my balance is zero and now client is asking for refundalso, isn't there any other way of resolving it?
I did all my work in a week and then client made me edit those word files for 3 weeks more, because he would respond after 2 or 3 days min. he payed me after about 4 weeks from starting date of 1 week contract, he was happy and praised my work before giving money as according to him he reviewed all the files.
Now after about more than a week after he made payment, he came asking for a refund giving illogical reasons.
