Unable to reply to email invitation for an interview

When I tried to reply to an email to set up an interview, I received a message "room not found." Does that mean the potential client withdrew the offer for an interview? Any way to follow up? Thank you.

I checked but was not able to find any recent invitations to interview in your account. Could you please send a screenshot of the message you're seeing so I could check?
