Unable to request testimonial

I tried to request a testimonial from one of my past clients (Sharon) But she never recieved the request. Any idea why? She said she never recieved an email and I have no way to resend it,

I’m having the same issue? The clients linked in profile box is red and doesn’t seem to be accepting it even though I checked the link. How do we fix this?
