Hi Cristina,

You may need to remove the orientation data from the picture you are trying to upload. Please, see this thread and this page for more details on how to do that.

Hi Siva,

Could you please select a larger image with a higher resolution and upload it as your profile picture? Let us know if you still run into issues.

Hello - I'm also experiencing the same issues described above. Please help!! I've written the description etc for my profile but unable to proceed as despite trying at least 10 different photos and 2 different browsers I can't upload one.
