Unable to see green dot of availability on my profile

I am unable to see the green dot of availability on my profile icon in the message board

Hi Gaurav,

Please click on your name at the top right corner when you`re on your home page. Below you will see two sections (Online, Invisible). You will need to be set online in order to have the green dot next to your name. Thank you.
