Unable to send proposals

Hi! I'm new to UpWork and am attempting to get my first job here however everytime I attempt to put in a proposal it does not go through and I am sent to a page that says phone number verified. I am not sure what to do. Anything else I can do?

Yes I have more than fourty and all the jobs said you need 2.

It is ok. You need to relax and wait for the right proposal however you
need to complete your profile first and watch some training videos
available on youtube. Just search there how to create and complete your
profile and how to get your first job on Upwork. You will get what you
wanted.
