Unable to set up debit card/ new payment method

I am trying to setup payment method to get paid. I have entered correct bank details but it says that account details not correct. I have checked details are absolutely correct. Its debit card ban is located in India.

Where are you trying to set this up?

Under "BiIlling Methods" (which would be wrong) or under "Get Paid" (the correct place?)

If under Get Paid, you have to enter the bank account details, not the Debit card details. You can't withdraw to a debit card, only to a bank account.
