I'm trying to set up the desktop app on my backup laptop, but I'm getting this error. "Due to technical difficulties we are unable to process your request. Please try again later."
I already signed out the desktop app and browser on my main laptop, but it's still giving the same error. This is not a password issue since I can sign-in on the desktop app and browser on my main device.
Both devices are running on windows 10
I included a screenshot. Any ideas?
I already tried to do that but it's still giving the same error. The weird thing is another person can log in to the Upwork desktop app on my secondary laptop.
