Dear Upwork support team. Yesterday a client offered me a job to advertise his Facebook page and I accepted. Then when I ask him for the necessary documents, he wants to send them to my mail. The documents he submits to me are in unsupported format after I provide my mail address I can't open his file. Because of which I can't start working. Please see this topic. Is he a fraud? Please keep this in mind so as not to damage my Upwork account. thank you
