I have updated my address and I have cleared the cache. I am still unable to submit a proposal. Please help.

Please log out > clear your cache and cookies again > and the log in again. If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know. Thank you.

Hi Sheryl,
I just checked your account and I can see that your city is still missing from your address. Please go to Settings > Contact Info > Location > and your city in the "City" field.
You will also need to purchase connects if you would like to start sending proposals. Thank you.
