Unable to submit a proposals. Says "account is suspended".

My issue is in the title however i don't have any suspensions on my account. Support confirmed that. I tried using different browser and incognito mode – issue was not resolved.

Please, if you ever had the same or have any thoughts on how to fix this, share your solutions.
