Hello —
My account seems to be suspended with the following message: Your financial account has been suspended due to issues with payment methods on file. Please update payment methods to restore full functionality to your account.
I've clicked on the link to update my payment methods and done so, but the suspension does not go away. Please help me resolve this issue.
