Hope you guys are doing great.

 

I have added my payment method and want to upgrade my membership account, still not successful.

Please help me to upgrade my account to premium membership so that I can enjoy working at Upwork.

My connects are about to finish.

Did you add payment method already?
Once you added a billing method to your account, it need to be verified
before you can make any payments on Upwork. It usually takes one or two
days for the verification to be completed, afterwhich you'll be able to
upgrade your membership plan.
