Unable to upgrade my membership plan & billing method

Hello team, I am trying to buy connects and upgrade my membership plan but it was decline again and again. please help me how I can upgrade freelancer plus plan.

Hi Ajay, 

It looks like the transaction was declined by your bank. Please check this with your local bank, and in the meantime, add another billing method to be able to purchase Connects for your account. 

Please also add your Tax Information (Settings > Tax Information) by filling in your Form W-8BEN to be able to withdraw your earnings from Upwork.
