Unable to upgrade to Freelancer plus

I am unablle to upgrade to Freelancer plus plan. Error shown is please verify your profile but I have already verified my profile on  2021-01-27. 

Please guide accordingly.

Could you try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in via another browser to upgrade your membership plan? If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know. Thank you.
