Unable to upload certification

I had completed an ITIL V3 Certification which is not getting displayed even after uploading several times. This is a technical certification and which can be authenticated online for its genuinity.

Could you please confirm if there are any error notifications on your end when you try to upload the certification?

Hi Ashwin,

Just to clarify, were you trying to upload it under the Certification section or as a portfolio item? If you`re trying to add a certification, you will be able to add only a certification that is on our list Here. 
If you try to enter a certification not on the list, you’ll have the opportunity to Suggest a Certification. I would also suggest to add your certification as a portfolio item if it's not on our list at the moment. Thank you.

I am trying to suggest this certification. This is not letting me to do
that only.
