Unable to upload excel or CSV file in portfolio section - getting this error amazon_product_details.xlsx -File type is not supported. Use image/jpg, image/jpeg, image/png, image/gif, video/mp4, video/quicktime, video/webm, video/ogg, audio/mpeg, audio/wav, application/pdf.

Hi Abhishek,

Thank you for your message. Attachments can be in .doc, .swf, or .pdf format. The maximum size is 5 MB for the thumbnail and 25 MB for attachments. Could you please try adding a portfolio item again with the supported file format please? You can refer to the supported file format on this link.
