Unable to upload files, unable to search help

When trying to attach file to work done, it says "failed to upload file, try again" without any error message. Retrying also doesn't work. If I am trying to look help for this, it also doesn't work: first it shows search result for a second but the refreshes to search home page.

You should be able to attach the file while submitting work for payment. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? If that doesn't work, please let us know so that we can assist you further.
