I'm unable to verify my identity because it's not recognizing the barcode on the back of my Florida driver's license. Even when it asks me to take the picture myself, it says it can't identify it if I'm zoomed out far enough that it's not blurry. This is a chronic problem I have with my Florida driver's license whenever I have to use Clear or any other verification service unfortunately. I saw articles that allude to the fact that getting on a visual call with an Upwork employee is an option, but for the life of me can't find how to make that happen unless they email me a link. So how do I request that?
Also is there ever an option to chat with an agent instead of a bot? The bot even says "just type "talk to agent" and I'll get more help" but it never does. It's reeeeeeeally frustrating!
