Unable to withdraw money

I withdrew my earnings on upwork to payoneer but I've not been able to withdraw my money from the payoneer account. I want the money to be refunded to my upwork account.

I don't use Payoneer but often they would hold the funds for a business day or two to make sure it clears from the sender, in which in your case, Upwork.   I transfer all my earnings to my bank account but it does take a couple of days to show up on my account.

It seems the earnings is not up to the minimum amount I can withdraw on Payoneer. There is a partnership between Upwork and Payoneer so I think Upwork should be able to refund my money back to my Upwork account.
