Unapproved account

Hello all!

My account for some reason become unapproved and I cannot get new connects on my agency etc.
What can be the reason?

Also  there was a dispute few weeks ago and I successfully solved it however notification flag still show like I have one.

Hi Pavel,

Are you referring to your freelancer profile? If yes, you`re an exclusive member of the agency and that is the reason why you can't work as an independent freelancer. If you would like to work as an independent freelancer as well the agency owner will need to change your status to non-exclusive member. Thank you.
