Hi Upwork Community,
I have been working on an hourly basis with a client and have used the desktop app for automatic time logging. $28.30 which were in the pending state has been refunded to client. May you please explain how this could even happen if I haven't refunded the amount and the hours were logged before the account was put on hold and I was informed by Upwork? Please resolve this issue.

Hi Kangan,
When the client fails to pay for hours logged by the freelancer, any hours that aren't covered by Upwork Hourly Protection may be reversed.
