Unauthorised refund

Dear Upwork,
Today a refund was made without my knowledge to a client.I have not yet received a response yet an am really worried about my funds.
Could someone please explain

 It means your client did not pay Upwork and your logged hours did not qualify for the hourly guarantee.

Hi Adan,

 

As Petra suggested, there was an issue with your client's account and, unfortunately, hours that weren't covered by Upwork Hourly Protections had to be reversed. Please, see this article for more information.
