Uncredited connects

Hi, I have bought today 40 connects at 7.42 Euro or Dollars but the system now only show 3 connects available. What can I do? The Upwork customer service seems hard to reach.

I checked this for you and I can see that purchased Connects reflected your Connects balance. Could you please clear your cache and cookies or log in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue?

Let us know if the issue persists.

They now reflect my balance as I bought again 40 connects but the past 40
connects are missing.
