Underbidding

I find upwork hard to use because all of the freelancers that grossly underbid. Clients want cheap work and I've noticed that freelancers mainly outside of America will grossly underbid to get work and I'm not going to work for free. Also, upwork tends to recommend the same freelancers over and over again.
