Hello I expose the case: the customer has put the quantity but has asked me for corrections, so the price increased. In "quantity" is the price of before, but in the "amount paid" is the price with the added correction.
Where do I have to send the correction? to the chat?

You said the amount under "paid" already includes the extra work, so you have been paid for it already, right?

In "contact history" i can see "client send bonus payment" so I'm guessing it wasn't processed as milestone

That's great, so you were paid and can just send the work to the client!

I think that applying 20% doesn't match the figure, even though it approximates
I haven't cashed yet is pending payment.

It's a bit confusing, I have to look in different places to check the economic balaces, I just found that this inaccuracy was due to the purchase of connects.
