Hi, I was running out of connects, while apply for a job, and there option appears buy new connects, I click on that..and I selected $6 to purchase 40 connects.
But when I looked back into my account (after submissting proposal) there were 80+ connects (old and new). I checked my sms, and then bank account information, the amount was deducted twice from my account. Which is pathetic and unfair, how it could happen? while I have not done it twice. It's worrisome for me, that at anytime, Upwork can behave like this? and do multiple transactions on single click? Why I have to face this and what is the solution. For me this is a big issue, bank transaction in this uncontrolled way.
