I’m having trouble withdrawing money from Upwork. My withdrawal attempts have been rejected multiple times because the account number is marked as invalid, even though both the account number and name are correct. I’ve been using the 16-digit number on my card—should I be using the 12-digit number instead?
Also, after setting up the withdrawal, can I withdraw the funds immediately, or do I have to wait 3 days for the process to complete?

Probably you typed the card number instead of the account number
