UnionBank EON Withdrawal Delay

I just want to ask if there is anybody else experiencing delay in EON. I withdraw my funds yesterday around 8AM and it has not been credited yet to my bank account until now (8:30PM). It is usually reflected on my account around 6-7PM (Thurs). I also received an email that it has already been processed by Upwork. I badly needed the money and sadly, it's holiday tomorrow.

Occasional delays may occure and the money may take 2 to 4 days to reach your bank account. If you do not receive your funds on your account 8 day after you withdrew, please contact Customer Support to initiate a trace.
