Unknown Device

Hey there. 
I continuosly am getting notifications on both my phone and browser right after I log in with the statement "An unknown device has been used to access your account. I cleared cookies and cache, as I thought that I must have forgoten to check the "Remember my device" box at the begining. Then I tried to log in again, checked the box "Remember my device", and there it was. Unknown message email again. Would like some help with this from a community member. I dont like receiving unesccessary emails often.
