Unmet Criteria? When Joined an Agency? Cant Buy Connects too.

I would like to ask some help regardin to my account. 

I wanted to check out my membership and connect but this is what shown to me.

I just joined an agency then that happened. Can anyone help? 

My Identity is also verified, I've gone to having a video call.

Hi Lester,

The reason why you don't have connects on your freelancer profile is because you have joined the agency as an exclusive member. This means that you can only use connects from the agency pool and work on projects under the agency. 

If you would like to work as an independent freelancer as well the Agency owner will need to change your status to Non-exclusive freelancer. Thank you.
