Unmuting conversation

I was told all Odesk conversations are forwarded but that is not the case with my account. Odesk muted a conversation now they are saying the conversation they muted is deleted from their records permanently. I find that extremely hard to believe. How can I get a copy of muted conversations

Hi Lateasha,

 

I am really sorry but unfortunately muting a conversation means the content is deleted. If you have your email notifications set up for oDesk messages you probably can find the messages in your email inbox.

 

I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
