Unnecessary Invitation

It's really hilarious. When Upwork made us Buying Connects, same time they said that clients were no longer able to send more than 3 inviations. We said "That's fine". Now we can see all of those clients are now sending 14/15/16 invitations.

Will Upwork say that they are paying for extra inviations just for a $20 job ?
