Unprofessional conduct of a client: ***

I have a complain regarding a client *** Edited for Community Guidelines ***....His instructions were not clear and because of that I was not able to meet his expectations. Instead of making me revise the articles, he made some unprofessional statements that are very offensive.

Hello Ma,

 

I'm sorry to hear that. I would like to recommend that you should communicate with your client clearly about the scope of the project before accepting a contract in order to avoid conflicts. You may ask questions if there's something bothering your mind. Having a good relationship with your clients help you deliver a quality work. Thank you.

If the clients initial criteria for the job didn't match up with his final expectations for the job - then the client is at fault.

 

But you mentioned that the clients instructions were unclear. In future, you shouldn't take on a job if you are unclear of the requirements. Confirm what is expected from the job before accepting a contract.

As for the rude client - don't waste your time on him. Ignore him and move on.
