It's my first time using Upwork and I started working on a project before I realized I needed to use the desktop app to track my time, so now three hours I worked have not been recorded. What do I do?

Hi Kristin,
I suggest that you communicate with your client and discuss adding manual time for the hours you have worked so that you can be paid automatically for this project. Please take note that manual time is not covered by the Upwork Hourly Payment Protection.
I highly recommend that you log time with the Upwork Desktop App going forward.

You could add them to this week, but if this is a new client and you guys don't know each other very well, you should probably give the client a headsup. Just know that manual time isn't covered, so the client can just say "nah" and you auto-lose.
