Unrensponsive rude client

I have a contract for illustrations with a client, she wad always online when I did the work, and it needed adivce. But now shes not getting online at all for a month amd a half anr my work is dome, I request payment and excatly after 14 days she comes online and says somrting like "oh can you send me an email" then doesnt give me her email, its obvious shes doing this on purpose to not may me work my work done, she did this twice already. What can i Do? the money is in escrow but she wont pay me, i am literally working eith her for 4 months for 2 illustratioms.. help me please.

If you have submitted the work as a completed milestone, the money in escrow will automatically be released to you after a set amount of time if the client is not responsive.

So does she actually click on "request changes?"

Did you properly submit the work on the contract via the "request payment" function?
