Unresponsive Client & Out of Funds

Hello everyone!

I am facing an issue with one of my existing clients. Though, the client is very good and I am very happy working with him. Also, I did one small project with him before starting the current project. But now, the issue is as following;
Client created a contract for me with 05 milestones. I have successfully completed 02 milestones, submitted, and received payments for these 02 milestones. Now the client do NOT have funds to activate remaining milestones & I don't work for unfunded milestones.

I am left with two options;

1. Wait for the client so that he have funds and activate next milestones. It may take weeks or even months. Till then, our project will be in-progress state and no work will be done.
2. End the contract with this client as client is now UNRESPONSIVE and he is not replying to my messages. Most probably he is out of funds.

My question is what will be the effect of these options on my profile JSS & Badges. I have 100% JSS with Top Rated Badge!
